Of course. DeckFlow provides free credits for newly registered users, which can be claimed without binding a credit card. Once claimed, you can directly upload documents to experience high-fidelity translation or AI auto-generation. You can also receive extra reward credits by logging in regularly.
Credits can be used for document translation, deck generation, deck revamp, and supported Toolkit operations.
No. Credits from one-time recharge packs do not expire and remain in your workspace until they are used.
Credits are added to your workspace automatically after the payment is confirmed. This usually takes only a few moments.
Global checkout supports card payments through Stripe. Mainland China checkout also supports WeChat Pay and Alipay.
Purchased Credits belong to the workspace selected at checkout. Members use the same workspace balance according to their workspace permissions.
If none of the purchased Credits have been used, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Refund eligibility is subject to the DeckFlow refund policy.
